Coconut Coir is a top-tier growing medium with low sodium content. When you hydrate it with water, bricks and blocks of coir expand quickly. It can be used either on its own, blended with other coir products, or mixed with expanded clay pellets, perlite, or topsoil to create a versatile growing mix.
